Dak Prescott threw four touchdown passes to four different receivers as the Dallas Cowboys beat the Las Vegas Raiders 33-16 at Allegiant Stadium on November 17, 2025, their first game since the death of defensive end Marshawn Kneeland eleven days earlier. The Cowboys produced 381 total yards and converted three of five red zone trips. Their defense held Geno Smith to 27 net passing yards below his average, sacked him four times for 29 yards in losses, and watched safety Markquese Bell intercept a Smith pass intended for Brock Bowers late in the second quarter to swing a scoring drive before halftime.
George Pickens and CeeDee Lamb were benched for the opening drive on a coaching decision by Brian Schottenheimer. Both finished as major factors. Pickens caught nine of 11 targets for 144 yards and a score. Lamb added five receptions for 66 yards and a touchdown. Quinnen Williams, making his Cowboys debut after arriving from the New York Jets in a trade that included a 2027 first-round pick and a 2026 second-rounder, recorded 1.5 sacks and five quarterback hits across 33 defensive snaps. Las Vegas ran 32 designed passing plays and three rushes in the first half, only the third team since 1991 to reach that threshold in a single half. Ashton Jeanty, the sixth overall pick in the 2025 draft, totaled seven yards on six carries and was stuffed in his own end zone for a fourth-quarter safety.

For Las Vegas, the final 33-16 was the fourth straight loss and the eighth defeat in nine games under Pete Carroll. Smith absorbed four sacks and pressure on 10 of his 49 dropbacks, completing 64.3 percent of his passes with the one interception that ended the Raiders’ most threatening second-quarter possession. The offensive line allowed 29 total sacks to the Cowboys’ front in the game’s most damaging statistical category, with Will Putnam and Jordan Meredith each responsible for five pressures allowed. Maxx Crosby’s seven pressures and 92.8 PFF grade stood as the lone standout number from a Las Vegas defense that held Dallas to a 60 percent red zone conversion rate, but gave up 381 total yards against an offense that was, by the numbers, its best performance of the 2025 season.
