Safety Jordan Howden scooped up a Cam Skattebo fumble at the Saints’ 14-yard line and sprinted 86 yards untouched for the go-ahead score, and New Orleans held on for a 26-14 win that gave rookie head coach Kellen Moore his first NFL victory.
